Janet Holmes
Janet Holmes is poetry editor for the online magazine Crania. She is also a poet and author of The Green Tuxedo, 1998 ForeWord Magazine Poetry Book of the Year and winner of the Ernest Sandeen Prize from the University of Notre Dame. Her first book, The Physicist at the Mall, was chosen by Joy Harjo for the Anhinga Prize and appeared in 1994. Twice featured in The Best American Poetry anthologies, her work has been awarded The Pablo Neruda Prize, a Bush Foundation Artist Fellowship, a McKnight Artist Fellowship for Writers, the Minnesota Book Award, and two Minnesota State Arts Board grants.
