Elaine Krajenke Ellison is a mathematics teacher who has designed and made numerous quilt wall hangings to inspire her students to explore mathematics from a new perspective. She is co-author with Diana Venters of Mathematical Quilts—No Sewing Required! (Emeryville CA: Key Curriculum Press, 1999).
